Search Procedure. (e) a) New teaching stream appointments shall be initiated by a recommendation from the President’s Designate to the President. After receiving a recommendation for a new appointment from the President’s Designate, the President shall decide, in his/her sole discretion, whether or not to grant approval to initiate a search.
