Reg. 19217), by: Adopting and promoting on-the-job seat belt use policies and programs for its employees and other personnel that operate company-owned vehicles, company-rented vehicles, or personally operated vehicles: and Including a “Seat Belt Use” provision in each third-party agreement related to the Contract.
