The Company has not received from the Commission any written comments, questions or requests for modification of disclosure in respect of any reports filed with the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act and incorporated by reference into the Prospectus and the Disclosure Package, except for comments, questions or requests (i) that have been satisfied by the provision of supplemental information to the staff of the Commission, (ii) in respect of which the Company has complied through appropriate disclosure in reports subsequently filed by it with the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act, or (iii) copies of which the Company has provided to you.
