Common use of Second Stage Clause in Contracts

Second Stage. If the two (2) parties are unable to agree at the first stage, then within fifteen (15) days of an answer at the first stage, the Union shall take up the grievance in writing with the Publisher (or his/her representative). The answer to the second stage grievance must be given with ten (10) days of receipt of the second stage grievance.
