Common use of Second Stage Clause in Contracts

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within seven (7) days, the matter shall be referred to the Director of Human Resources, who shall arrange for meetings with the Union within seven (7) days from receipt of such request.

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within seven (7) days, the matter shall be referred to the Director of Human ResourcesDepartment Director, who shall arrange for meetings with the Union Association within seven (7) days from receipt of such request.

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within seven eight (7) 8) days, the matter shall be referred to the Director of Human Resources, Chief Administrative Officer or designate appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer who shall arrange for meetings with the Union within seven eight (7) 8) days from receipt of such request.

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within seven (7) days, the matter shall be referred to the Director of Human Resources, Administrator who shall arrange for meetings with the Union within seven (7) days from receipt of such request.

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Assistant Chief within seven (7) days, the matter shall be referred to the Director of Human Resources, Fire Chief who shall arrange for meetings with the Union within seven (7) days from receipt of such request.
