Common use of Second Stage Clause in Contracts

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within eight (8) days, the matter shall be referred to the Chief Administrative Officer or designate appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer who shall arrange for meetings with the Union within eight (8) days from receipt of such request.

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within eight seven (8) 7) days, the matter shall be referred to the Chief Administrative Officer or designate appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer Department Director, who shall arrange for meetings with the Union Association within eight seven (8) 7) days from receipt of such request.

Second Stage. If the alleged grievance is not settled by the Fire Chief within eight seven (8) 7) days, the matter shall be referred to the Chief Administrative Officer or designate appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer Corporate Administrator, who shall arrange for meetings with the Union Association within eight seven (8) 7) days from receipt of such request.
