Common use of Second Tier Clause in Contracts

Second Tier. Full-time employees will receive an increment of $11.44 25 per semester unit, per month for each earned, approved unit of work 26 completed an accredited university, college, or community college, up 27 to a maximum of thirty-five (35) approved credited units. Units taken 28 must be applicable to a requirement for a Bachelors degree, Masters 1 degree, and/or a teaching credential. Unit(s) of work must be verified 2 by transcript or grade card. For those employees who work less than 3 eight (8) hours per day, professional growth pay will be on a prorated

For those employees who work less than 3 11 eight (8) hours per day, professional growth pay will be on a proratedprorated 12 basis.
