Fixed Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt-hour rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt-hour rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. If applicable, the Monthly Base Charge may also fluctuate outside of any applicable promotion. After the first month, the price may vary based on a number of factors, including market supply prices, energy capacity prices, settlement costs and other market- related factors, as determined at our discretion, plus estimated total state taxes, fees, charges or other assessments, along with our costs, expenses and profit margins. There is no limit on how much the price may change from one billing cycle to the next. The price can change each billing period. The Customer will not know the price until receiving the bill. A customer may obtain the previous 24 months’ average monthly billed price for the customer’s rate class and service territory at 1.800.746.4702 and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Any Local Exchange Carrier other than Frontier that is operating as a Local Exchange Carrier in the territory in which Frontier operates as an ILEC in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Onvoy is or shortly will become a CLEC.
Curriculum Equivalencies The following suggested course sequence includes all course requirements for this articulation agreement following admission to the College of Allied Health Sciences BS Respiratory Therapy (Online) program. You should consult with an academic advisor each semester to ensure you maintain appropriate degree progress and are fulfilling all requirements for the agreement. Preceptor Differential The Hospital shall pay a differential of $1.50 per hour to a nurse who is designated by nursing management to serve as a preceptor to provide on-the-job training to newly hired nurses. One differential will be paid per shift per orientee to the primary preceptor for all hours served as the primary preceptor for that shift. Preceptor will only be paid while the newly hired nurse is in a one-to-one status. Preceptor is a voluntary assignment and the nurse has the option to refuse the preceptor assignment.
Holding and using a PayPal balance You will not receive interest or any other earnings on the money in your account. This is because the money in your account is electronic money and European law forbids paying interest on electronic money. Also, electronic money is not a deposit or an investment under Luxembourg law, so the Luxembourg deposit guarantee or investor indemnity schemes administered by the Conseil des Protection des Deposants et des Investisseurs cannot protect you. We may store and move the money in your account in and between: • the PayPal balance; and • the reserve account, at any given time subject further to this user agreement. PayPal balance The operational part of your account contains your PayPal balance, which is the balance of money available for payments or withdrawals. When you use our payment service to pay another user, you instruct us to transfer the money from your PayPal balance to the recipient’s account. You need to have enough PayPal balance in cleared funds to cover the amount of any payment you make and the transaction fees you owe us at the time of the payment. Other requirements also apply – see the section Making a Payment below. If you have insufficient PayPal balance or have chosen a preferred funding source you are also requesting us to obtain funds on your behalf from your applicable funding source and issue electronic money to your PayPal balance for your payment to be made. When you withdraw your money you need to have enough PayPal balance to cover the value of any withdrawal at the time of the withdrawal. See Adding or Withdrawing Money to know how to get a PayPal balance and how to withdraw it. If your PayPal balance shows a negative amount, this is the net amount you owe to us at the given time. Reserve account Money marked in your account overview as “pending”, “uncleared”, “held” or otherwise restricted or limited at any given time is held in the part of your account which acts as a reserve account. You cannot access and use money stored in the reserve account.
Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
