Secondary Level. All secondary employees will be assigned daily planning time equivalent to one (1) class period. An exception to this requirement has been made through contract waiver annually granted to 00xx Xxxxxx. The parties now agree that 00xx Xxxxxx may continue the practice outlined on their 2010-11 waiver from year to year without the necessity of asking the District and Association for a waiver. Secondary Level. After determining the department(s) affiliated with every unit member at the site (any department in which the unit member has ever taught and is credentialed and certificated to teach at the site), the District shall determine if there is any excess FTE in a given department.
