Secondary Listing Phase Activities. During the Secondary Listing Phase, Seller authorizes and directs Broker to perform reasonable and customary closing and transaction coordination activities, including, but not limited to: (a) Communicating with principals and cooperating brokers to provide information about the closing process; (b) Conveying and communicating information necessary to facilitate the closing; and (c) Executing all documents required of the Broker to facilitate the closing.
