Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Memorial Scholarship (Strategic Studies Scholarships) Deadline for submitting scholarship applications is August 31 In 1992, the Lac La Ronge Indian Band (LLRIB) began administering the Post- Secondary student support program from Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC). Xxxxx Xxxxxxx was the first LLRIB Post Secondary Coordinator. Xxxxx strongly believed and advocated for higher and continued education for Band members. Xx. Xxxxxxx had a Diploma in Power Engineering from SIAST, a Certificate and Diploma in Administration and was working on a Degree in Administration. In 2002, Xxxxx was one class short of a Degree at the time of his passing in September. This scholarship is intended to encourage students to engage in studies, which directly contribute to the advancement of Indian self-government and economic-sufficiency. How to apply Applicants must submit: • Completed scholarship application; • Post-Secondary transcripts; • Class registration for the 2018-2019 academic year; • Names and contact information for 2 references; and • Cover letter. All continuing LLRIB full-time Post Secondary students may apply for one of the 25 scholarships of $2,500 based on transcripts from the 2017-2018 academic year. Year 4 students who have completed their program are ineligible to apply. Criteria for the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Memorial Scholarship is as follows: special significance of program enrollment. Special programs can include environmental studies, political science, law, engineering, medicine, and commerce. Note: *The above scholarship is awarded annually in September for the previous academic year. *Scholarships are for full-time students only. *FOR ALL ELIGIBLE LAC LA RONGE INDIAN BAND MEMBERS ONLY* Eligible students will only be awarded one scholarship annually.

Secondary Students. The parties agree that in the event that post-secondary students have restricted their shifts to the extent that they are only scheduled around Christmas or Easter or when secondary education is recessed for the summer, they shall not be scheduled on the basis of seniority.   • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there has not been any violation of law or regulation by the Company in its respective product development efforts, submissions or reports to any regulatory authority that could reasonably be expected to require investigation, corrective action or enforcement action.
