Seconded Employee Qualifications. Chesapeake Management will use commercially reasonable efforts consistent with past practice to provide suitably qualified and experienced field-level Seconded Employees necessary to operate, manage and maintain the Business. Chesapeake Management does not warrant that the Secondment of the Seconded Employees will permit the General Partner or the MLP to achieve any specific results.
