Seconded Employees Qualifications; Approval. The Employing Operators will provide such suitably qualified and experienced Seconded Employees as the Employing Operators are reasonably able to make available to GP, and GP will have the right to approve such Seconded Employees. All Seconded Employees identified as of the Effective Date have been approved and accepted by GP as suitable for performing job functions related to the Operational Services.
