Terms of Secondment. The secondment begins on Day Date Year. The secondment will end: On Day Date Year, Although all parties may mutually agree to vary the term of the secondment and change the end date; or On expiry of the notice period required under the Employee’s employment agreement in the event that the Employee resigns from the Substantive Employer; or On the giving of four weekswritten notice (or less if agreed to by all parties) by any one of the parties to this Agreement to the others; or In the case of serious misconduct, upon such notice, if any, as the Host Employer or Substantive Employer considers appropriate. The Employee remains an employee of the Substantive Employer throughout the secondment period subject to their employment agreement with the Host Employee. Any variation to the Employee’s agreement of employment (for example, change to work hours) will be negotiated between the Employee and the Substantive Employer, as required under the terms of their employment agreement. However any variation to the employment agreement that is needed to provide for matters relating to the secondment will be agreed by all three parties to this Agreement. Any variations to this agreements shall be recorded via Variations to Normal Secondment Agreement (refer to Appendix 1).
