Common use of Seconded Individuals Clause in Contracts

Seconded Individuals. Upon the termination of this Agreement, all seconded officers, including the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, employees, representatives and delegates of the Manager and its Affiliates who perform Services hereunder, shall resign their respective positions with the Company and cease working on behalf of the Company as of the date of such termination or at such other time as determined by the Manager. Any Manager appointed director may continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors subject to the terms of the LLC Agreement.
