Soliciting Employees. The Executive promises and agrees that for a period of one year following termination of his employment, he will not, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $50,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any other business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity.
Soliciting Employees. Executive promises and agrees that for a -------------------- period of five years following the date of termination of employment hereunder, he will not directly or indirectly (i) solicit any employee of the Company to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company or Related Entity at any time during such period or (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary or Related Entity at any time during the last year of the Employment Period.
Soliciting Employees. Executive promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one year following termination of his accordance with Section VI above, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $25,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
Soliciting Employees. During the term of this Agreement and for the eighteen (18) month period commencing on the Termination Date, the Employee promises and agrees that Employee will not directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company’s employees to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
Soliciting Employees. Employee promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one year following termination of his employment or the expiration of this Agreement, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $80,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
Soliciting Employees. In light of the amount of sensitive and confidential information involved in the discharge of the Executive’s duties, and the harm to the Corporation that would result if such knowledge or expertise were disclosed or made available to a competitor, and as a reasonable step to help protect the confidentiality of such information, the Executive promises and agrees that during the Period of Employment and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, individually or as a consultant to, or as an employee, officer, shareholder, director, or other owner of or participant in any business, solicit (or assist in soliciting) any person who is then, or any time within six (6) months prior thereto was, an employee of an entity within the Company Group, who earned annually $25,000 or more as an employee of such entity during the last six (6) months of his or her own employment to work for (as an employee, consultant or otherwise) any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity whether or not engaged in competitive business with any entity in the Company Group.
Soliciting Employees. Executive agrees that during his employment with the Company and during the Non-Competition Period, he will not directly or indirectly solicit any person who is then, or at any time within six months prior thereto was, an employee of the Company to work for any person or entity then in competition with the Company.
Soliciting Employees. During the Restricted Period commencing on the termination of his employment, Executive promises and agrees that he will not directly or indirectly solicit or engage in any of the Company’s employees or former employees who worked for the Company at any time during the six (6) months preceding the termination of Executive’s employment, to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
Soliciting Employees. The Executive promises and agrees that during the term of his employment and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, regardless of reason for termination, he will not, directly or indirectly solicit any Company employees to work for any other business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or entity.
Soliciting Employees. Executive agrees that during the Term of this Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, without the written consent of the Company such consent to be given only after Executive is no longer a shareholder of the Company, he will not directly or indirectly contact or solicit to employ, or employ, any of the then current or past employees of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company unless such person shall have ceased to be employed by the Company (or its subsidiary or affiliate, as the case may be) and such cessation of employment shall have occurred at least twelve (12) months prior thereto; provided this prohibition shall not apply to general advertisements in newspaper or other widely distributed publications, media, or mail, whether electronic or otherwise.
