Secondment to Another Employer. 9.8.1 With the written agreement of the Employee, the Employer may arrange to second the services of a member to another Employer. The full details of the arrangement will be made known before the Employee decides whether to agree. Such a contractual arrangement does not alter the normal Employee-Employer relationship between the Employee and the Employer.
