Secretarial Employees, Teacher Assistants, Library Clerks, and Cafeteria/Playground Aides. a. Upon retirement from the District, employees shall be compensated for accumulated sick leave. To be eligible, employees must have five (5) years of service in the District. Retirement shall be defined to be in concert with the rules and regulations of the Public Employees Retirement System.
