Common use of Secretary and Deputy Secretary Clause in Contracts

Secretary and Deputy Secretary. 7.3.1 In accordance with any rules that the Committee may determine,: (a) not later than the date of this Agreement: (i) one of the Staff shall be appointed as the secretary (Secretary); and (ii) one of the Staff shall be appointed as the deputy secretary (Deputy Secretary), of the Committee; and‌ (b) the Secretary or Deputy Secretary may be removed and re-appointed. 7.3.2 For the duration that the Parties fail to appoint a new Secretary or Deputy Secretary under Clause 7.3.1, the existing Secretary or Deputy Secretary shall continue to be Secretary or Deputy Secretary (as the case may be).
