Common use of Secretary Certificates Clause in Contracts

Secretary Certificates. Each Lender shall have received a certificate of the Secretary (or comparable Authorized Officer) of each of the Borrower, the Pledgor, Bloom and each Sponsor, in each case, dated the Closing Date attaching the Charter Documents of each such Person and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Lenders.

Secretary Certificates. Each Additional Lender (if any) shall have received a certificate of the Secretary (or comparable Authorized Officer) of each of the Borrower, the Pledgor, Bloom Pledgor and each Sponsor, in each case, dated the Incremental Facility Closing Date attaching the Charter Documents of each such Person and otherwise in form and substance acceptable substantially similar to those provided pursuant to Section 3.1(c) on the LendersClosing Date.
