No Trustee. If the trust at any time has no trustee, and no successor has been nominated as described above, then a Court having jurisdiction may appoint, after notice to the beneficiary and an opportunity to be heard, a successor trustee at the request of any person interested in the trust, including the trust beneficiary.
No Trustee. The Deed Poll Indenture does not contain any provision for the appointment of a trustee for the equal and ratable benefit of the Holders.

No Trustee. No order shall have been entered appointing a trustee, examiner or receiver with respect to the Credit Parties’ business, properties or assets.
No Trustee. No trustee, receiver or examiner with expanded powers to operate or manage the financial affairs, the business, or reorganization of the Loan Parties shall have been appointed or designated.
No Trustee. As of the date hereof, there are no Bonds outstanding with respect to the Project, there is no Indenture, there is no trust estate, and there is no Trustee. As a result, and in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Original Regulatory Agreement, the Trustee shall no longer have any duties or responsibilities under this Regulatory Agreement and all references to the Trustee in this Regulatory Agreement shall be deemed references to the Issuer.
