Common use of Sectarian Activities Clause in Contracts

Sectarian Activities. GRANTEE agrees that program participants shall not be employed in the construction, operation or maintenance of that part of any facility which is used for religious instruction or worship. GRANTEE further agrees that no direct financial assistance shall be expended for inherently religious activities, such as, sectarian worship, instruction or proselytization.
