Common use of Section 1--Investigations Clause in Contracts

Section 1--Investigations. All significant complaints will be investigated. Individual unit members who are the subject of a citizen's complaint that is of a significant nature shall be informed of this complaint. In the case of signed written complaints filed with the District's Chief Human Resources Officer, a copy of the complaint shall be forwarded to the employee within ten (10) working days of receipt. The District shall be responsible to provide the unit member with a copy of the original written statement and/or a written statement of the substance and specific allegations of the complaint with the complainant identified.
