Common use of Section 10.6.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.6.3. 9 For purposes of overtime work, the employee with the greatest seniority shall be given the first 10 opportunity to perform the work. If no employee accepts the overtime work, the District shall 11 assign the overtime work based on reverse seniority order.

Section 10.6.3. 9 40 For purposes of overtime work, the employee with the greatest seniority shall be given the first 10 41 opportunity to perform the work. If no employee accepts the overtime work, the District shall 11 42 assign the overtime work based on reverse seniority order.
