SECTION 812. 37 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by industrial insurance, the 38 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 39 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would 40 normally earn. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in 41 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District. 42
SECTION 812. 23 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in 24 the State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by 25 the District.
SECTION 812. 25 Annual leave may be accumulated up to and including a maximum of thirty (30) days by twelve 26 month employees.
