Section 125 Account. The Board shall implement a Section 125 Plan to enable employees to pay their insurance premium contributions with pre-tax dollars. In addition, the Board shall implement a flexible spending account option including a childcare component. Participating employees may contribute additional money to the account as provided by the carrier.
