Section 125 Benefit Plan Contribution. a. Effective the first paycheck in June 2018, the City shall make a City contribution to the Section 125 Benefit Plan of $25 per month. For benefit plan years 2020 and 2021, the City shall make a City contribution to the Section 125 Benefit Plan based upon level of medical coverage as follows: Level of Medical Coverage City Contribution effective the first pay check in December 2019 City Contribution effective the first pay check in December 2020 Waive $35 $45 Single $45 $65 Two-party $325 $425 Family $425 $625 b.
