Cash in Lieu. The Trust may, in its sole discretion (except to the extent limited, if at all, by ETF Exemptive Relief), permit or require the substitution of an amount of cash to be included in any Cash Balancing Amount to replace any Deposit Instrument (“cash in lieu”).
Cash in Lieu. An employee who elects not to receive any College-sponsored health or dental coverage and who provides proof of alternate health insurance coverage shall be paid “cash-in-lieu” in the amount of $2,200.00. An employee who elects to receive only “single coverage” (i.e., non-family coverage) under the College-sponsored health coverage shall be paid “cash-in-lieu” in the amount of $1,850.00. Any “cash-in-lieu” amount will be paid to the employee in installments during the term of the employee’s contract.
Cash in Lieu. When an employee declines medical coverage under the employer’s group medical insurance plan, the Employer shall offer a taxable monthly cash in lieu dollar amount of
Cash in Lieu. The Trust, in the Trust’s sole discretion, may permit or require the substitution of an amount of cash to be added to any “Cash Component” to replace any “Deposit Security” (“cash in lieu”). The Trust may suspend the ability of the Participant to engage in cash in lieu transactions with respect to any Series at any time, without prior notice.
Cash in Lieu. A LSA member choosing to opt out of medical healthcare as outlined in Article XII below will receive $208.33 for each full month in the period from July 1 to June 30 in which the employ- ee is not covered by the District health insurance plan. This amount, less applicable deductions, will be paid on a date as agreed upon by the District and LSA leadership. The employ- ee will not be eligible for this payment in any month in which he/she is covered on the health insurance provided through the school district as a spouse or dependent of another employee in the school district. If after choosing to opt out of District medical healthcare, the status of the member changes, he/she may re-enroll in the District healthcare program and not receive the cash in lieu payment.
Cash in Lieu. Employees enrolled in Package C will receive a payment of Twelve Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars at the end of the fiscal year (prorated if they are employed for less than a full year or if they are only eligible for partial coverage for only part of the year) in lieu of any other benefits under Package A or B. The amount of the life insurance premium will be deducted from the aforementioned amount.
Cash in Lieu. Effective January 1, 2013 and for each year thereafter, increase the cash-in-lieu amount to $400.00 per month.
Cash in Lieu. Effective January 1, 2007 the cash in lieu amount shall be $300.00/month.
Cash in Lieu. Employees enrolled in Package B will receive an annual stipend of two hundred forty ($240) dollars.
Cash in Lieu. The Administrative Trustee may, in its sole discretion, permit or require the substitution of an amount of cash to be added to the Cash Component to replace all of the bitcoin that the Trust would otherwise have had to Deliver in connection with a Redemption Order. The Administrative Trustee may suspend the ability of the Authorized Participant to engage in cash in lieu transactions with respect to the Trust at any time, without prior notice. The Authorized Participant shall be responsible for any and all expenses and costs incurred by the Trust, including all Cash Amounts, in connection with any Redemption Orders. Appendix A to Schedule 1 includes more details on the operational steps and costs associated with such cash-in- lieu orders.
