Section 1.3. 28 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in the 29 following job descriptions: regular full-time (12 month) and regular part-time (less than 12 month) 30 secretaries/clerks, paraeducators, cashiers/cooks, tutors, assessment specialists, guidance specialists, 31 student achievement specialists, secondary intervention and prevention specialists, home visitors, 32 educational signers/interpreters, translators, classified nurses, certified occupational therapy assistants, 33 certified physical therapy assistants and security specialists. Excluded: Supervisors and Assistant 34 Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, Manager of Certificated Records, Financial Analyst, 35 Administrative Secretary to the Superintendent, Computer Work Station Technician, Network 36 Technicians, Network Engineer, Computer Application Specialist, casual substitutes and all other 37 employees of the Pasco School District.
