Common use of Section 14 Clause in Contracts

Section 14. 33 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in 34 the following general job classifications: Transportation, Custodial, Maintenance, Secretarial-Clerical, 35 Para-Educators, School Nurse, Braillist/Sign Language Interpreter and Food Service; except the 36 following positions: Business Manager (1), the Superintendent’s Secretary (1), Fiscal Assistant (1), 37 Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds Supervisor (1) and the Transportation Supervisor (1).

Section 14. 33 41 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in 34 42 the following general job classifications: Office Coordinator, Custodial-Maintenance, Transportation, Custodial43 Paraeducators, MaintenanceTechnology, Secretarial-Clerical, 35 Para-Educators, School Nurse, Braillist/Sign Language Interpreter Health Room Assistant and Food Service; except , EXCEPT: the 36 following positions: Business Manager (1)Administrative 44 Assistant, the Superintendent’s Secretary (1)Payroll, Fiscal Assistant (1)Finance Director, 37 Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds Supervisor (1) Accounts Payable and the Transportation Supervisor (1)Human Resources.

Section 14. 33 17 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in 34 the 18 following general job classifications: Transportation, Custodial, Maintenance, Secretarial-Clerical, 35 Para-Educators, School Nurse, Braillist/Sign Language Interpreter and Food Service; except , Transportation, Secretarial, 19 Paraeducators, Nursing Services, Technology and Family Intervention Specialist. Except: the 36 following positions: 20 Administrative Assistant, Business Manager (1)Manager, the Superintendent’s Secretary (1)Accounts Payable Secretary, Fiscal Assistant (1)Payroll Accountant, 37 Maintenance/21 Transportation Supervisor and Custodial/Grounds Supervisor (1) and the Transportation Supervisor (1)Maintenance Supervisor.

Section 14. 33 44 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all is as follows: All classified employees 45 performing duties in 34 the following Custodial-Maintenance, Paraeducator, Nutrition Service, Office Personnel, 46 Transportation, and Professional/Technical general job classifications: Transportation, Custodial, Maintenance, Secretarial-Clerical, 35 Para-Educators, School Nurse, Braillist/Sign Language Interpreter and Food Service; except the 36 following positions: Business Manager (1), the Superintendent’s Secretary (1), Fiscal Assistant (1), 37 Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds Supervisor (1) and the Transportation Supervisor (1).

Section 14. 33 36 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in 34 37 the following general job classifications: TransportationAssistants, Building Maintenance, Custodial, Food Service, 38 Ground Maintenance, Secretarial-ClericalLicensed Nurses, 35 Para-EducatorsProfessional/Technical, School Nurse, Braillist/Sign Language Interpreter and Food Service; except the 36 following positions: Business Manager (1), the Superintendent’s Secretary (1), Fiscal Assistant (1), 37 Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds Supervisor (1) and the Transportation Supervisor (1).Transportation. 39
