Common use of Section 14.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.2.2. 10 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 11 paragraph, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 12 following: 13 a. The facts on which the grievance is based, 14 b. A reference to the provision in this Agreement which have been allegedly violated, and 15 c. The remedy sought. 18 reconsideration and shall submit a copy to the superintendent. If the employee wishes, the 19 employee may be accompanied by a Union representative at subsequent discussions or 20 meetings. 22 The parties will have five (5) work days from submission of the written statement of grievance 23 to meet in an effort to resolve it. Within three (3) work days from the date of that meeting the 24 immediate supervisor shall provide the grievant with a written statement indicating the 25 disposition of the grievance.

Section 14.2.2. 10 16 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s 's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 11 paragraph17 subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 12 18 following: 13 a. 20 A. The facts on which the grievance is based,; 14 b. 21 B. A reference to the provision provisions in this Agreement which have been allegedly violated, ; and 15 c. 22 C. The remedy sought. 18 reconsideration and 24 The employee shall submit a copy the written statement of grievance to the superintendentemployee’s immediate 25 supervisor for reconsideration of the grievance. If A copy of the employee wishes, the 19 employee may grievance shall be accompanied by a Union representative at subsequent discussions or 20 meetings. 22 The parties simultaneously 27 will have five (5) work working days from submission of the written statement of grievance 23 to meet in an effort to resolve it. Within three (3) work days from it 28 by indicating on the date statement of that meeting grievance the 24 immediate supervisor shall provide the grievant with a written statement indicating the 25 disposition of the grievancedisposition.

Section 14.2.2. 10 27 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 11 paragraph28 subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 12 29 following: 13 a. 31 A. The facts on which the grievance is based,; 14 b. 32 B. A reference to the provision provisions in this Agreement which have been allegedly violated, ; and 15 c. 33 C. The remedy sought. 18 35 The employee shall submit the written statement of grievance to the immediate supervisor for 36 reconsideration and shall submit a copy to the superintendentofficial in the Administration responsible for 37 personnel. If the employee wishes, the 19 employee may be accompanied by a Union representative at subsequent discussions or 20 meetings. 22 The parties will have five (5) work working days from submission of a written statement 38 of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the written statement of grievance 23 the disposition. If an 39 agreeable disposition is made, all parties to meet in an effort to resolve the grievance shall sign it. Within three (3) work days from the date of that meeting the 24 immediate supervisor shall provide the grievant with a written statement indicating the 25 disposition of the grievance.40

Section 14.2.2. 10 25 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s 's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 11 paragraph26 subsection within ten (10) working days, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the 27 grievance containing the 12 following:: 28 13 a. 29 A. The facts on which the grievance is based,; 14 b. 30 B. A reference to the provision in this Agreement which have allegedly has been allegedly violated, ; and 15 c. 31 C. The remedy sought. 18 33 The employee shall submit the written statement of grievance to the immediate supervisor for 34 reconsideration and shall submit a copy to the superintendentofficial in the administration responsible for 35 personnel. If the employee wishes, the 19 employee may be accompanied by a Union representative at subsequent discussions or 20 meetings. 22 The parties will have five ten (510) work working days from submission of the written statement 36 of grievance 23 to meet in an effort to resolve it by indicating on the statement of grievance the disposition. 38 If an agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the grievance shall sign it. Within three (3) work days from the date of that meeting the 24 immediate supervisor shall provide the grievant with a written statement indicating the 25 disposition of the grievance.
