Voluntary Political Action Contribution (COPE). 3 The District shall, upon receipt of a written authorization form that conforms to legal requirements, 4 deduct from the pay of such bargaining unit employee the amount of contribution the employee 5 voluntarily chooses for deduction for political purposes and shall transmit the same to the Union on a 6 check separate from the Union dues transmittal check. The employee may revoke the request at any 7 time. At least annually, the employee shall be notified by the PSE State Office, about the right to 8 revoke the request. 12 A R T I C L E X V
