Section 16.16. 21 Employees with a two (2) year degree or higher shall receive an additional fifty cents ($0.50) to their hourly 22 wage listed in Schedule A. Instructional Assistants may receive an additional fifty cents ($0.50) for either 23 obtaining Paraprofessional Status as listed in Section 19.2.1 or for obtaining a two (2) year or degree or 24 higher; Instructional Assistants may only receive one increase of fifty cents ($0.50) beyond successful 25 completion of the Apprenticeship Program.
