Common use of Section 16.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.2.1. 29 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 30 terms and conditions of Article XVII, Section 17.3. Should the date of execution of this 31 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive 32 to the effective date.

Section 16.2.1. 29 16 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall will be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 30 17 terms and conditions of Article XVII, Section 17.3. Should the date of execution of this 31 18 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall will be retroactive 32 19 to the effective date.

Section 16.2.1. 29 38 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 30 39 terms and conditions of Article XVIIXVIII, Section 17.318.3.
