Common use of Section 17.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.2.1. 22 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 23 terms and conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.3. Should the date of execution of this 24 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive 25 to the effective date.

Section 17.2.1. 22 15 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 23 16 terms and conditions of this Article and Article XVIII, Section 18.318.1. Should the date of 17 execution of this 24 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, 18 shall be retroactive 25 to the effective date.

Section 17.2.1. 22 16 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, or the effective 17 date on Schedule A, subject to the 23 terms and conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.3. Should 18 the date of execution of this 24 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including 19 overtime, shall be retroactive 25 to the effective date.
