Common use of Section 17.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.2.2. 27 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular pay day following 28 execution of this Agreement if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular pay

Section 17.2.2. 27 28 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular pay day following 28 execution 29 of this Agreement if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular paypay day. In the 30 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIII, Section 18.3, such 31 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular pay day following agreement on such schedule, if 32 possible, and in any case not later than the second regular pay day.

Section 17.2.2. 27 22 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular pay day payday following 28 execution 23 of this Agreement if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the case 24 of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIII, Section 18.3, such 25 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule if 26 possible, and in any case not later than the second regular paypayday.
