Section 205 and 206 Filings. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as affecting in any way the right of either of the Parties furnishing or receiving service under this rate schedule to unilaterally make application to the FERC for a change in rates, terms and conditions under Sections 205 or 206 of the Federal Power Act (FPA) and pursuant to FERC rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
