Section 3.01 - No Strike. The Union, its officers or agents, or any of the employees covered by this Agreement shall not cause, instigate, encourage, condone, engage in, or cooperate in any strike, work slowdown, mass resignation, mass absenteeism, the willful absence from one's position, the stoppage of work, or the abstinence in whole or in part of the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment during the term of this Agreement.
