NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Hospital agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The terms "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 6.01 In view of the grievance and arbitration procedures provided for in this Agreement, it is agreed that there shall be no strike, no lockout, no picketing, no slowdown nor stoppage of work, either complete or partial for any reason whatsoever, including any dispute over work jurisdiction, during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 9.01 The union undertakes there will be no strike and the employer undertakes there will be no lockout so long as this agreement continues to operate. The meaning of the words “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
9.02 In the event that any employee of York University, other than those covered by this agreement, engages in a lawful strike and maintains picket lines, employees covered by this agreement shall not be required to perform work normally done by that employee.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. Neither the Union nor any employee shall engage in a strike, sympathy strike, work stoppage, or other concerted withholding of services.

The Company agrees that there shall be no lockout during the term of the Agreement.

9.02 In the event that any Employees of York University, other than those covered by this Agreement, engage in a lawful strike or are locked out, Employees covered by this Agreement shall not be required to perform work normally done by those Employees.
