Section 3.03(e). The Sub-Servicer shall promptly notify the Master Servicer of any failure by a Mortgagor described in Section 3.03(e) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

The Primary Servicer shall promptly notify the Master Servicer of any failure by a Mortgagor to promptly respond to any request for written confirmation of any (i) operations and maintenance plan required to be established and executed pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Loan or (ii) repairs, capital improvements, actions or remediations required to be taken or completed pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Loan.
