Common use of Section 3.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.4. 14 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 15 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age, marital status, honorably discharged 16 veteran, military status, sexual orientation, the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability 17 or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by the person with a disability that is recognized as 18 and declared to be a civil right, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 19 without danger to the health or safety of the physically handicapped person or others.

Section 3.4. 14 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 15 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, creed, gender, age, national origin, marital status, honorably discharged 16 veteransexual orientation including gender expression or identity, military veteran status, sexual orientation, the presence of any sensoryor physical, mental, or physical disability 17 or sensory disability, the use of a trained guide dog guide or service animal by the a person with a disability that is recognized as disability, or 18 and declared to be a civil righthonorably-discharged veteran or military status or any other basis prohibited by law, the duties of 19 which may be performed efficiently by an individual 19 without danger to the health or safety of the 20 physically handicapped disabled person or others.
