Common use of Section 6.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.4. The Grievance Chairman or his alternate shall be granted released time to attend one grievance 13 seminar per calendar year to develop appropriate skills. Release time under this Section 6.4 shall be charged to 14 the 56-hour allotment under Section 6.1 above. 15
