Common use of Section 7.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.2. 44 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek which shall not be changed 45 without prior notice to the employee of three (3) calendar weeks, except in the case of an emergency 46 during which temporary changes may take place.
