Common use of Section 9.4.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.4.1. An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave with pay on the occasion of the birth 3 of his/her child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for 4 the adoption of his/her child.

Section 9.4.1. 42 An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave with pay on the occasion of the birth 3 of his/her 43 their child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for 4 the 44 adoption of his/her their child.

Section 9.4.1. 45 An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave with pay on the occasion of the birth 3 of his/her child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for 4 47 the adoption of his/her child.

Section 9.4.1. 36 An employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of leave with pay on the occasion of the birth 3 of his/her 37 child. Up to three (3) days of leave with pay shall also be granted to an employee for 4 the 38 adoption of his/her child.
