Common use of Section Eight Clause in Contracts

Section Eight. Reasons and Purposes of the Merger. Pursuant to Section 83, Subsection 1), paragraph a), of the CGL, the Parties hereby declare that the Merger agreed upon in this Agreement is made for the purpose of allowing the Parties to offer Convergence Products pursuant to applicable law in an efficient way and as rapidly as possible.
