Section Headings; Counterparts. The section headings used in this Agreement are included solely for convenience and shall not affect, or be used in connection with, the interpretation of this Agreement. The language of this Agreement will be construed as a whole and not in favor or against any party. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement.
