Common use of Section Thirteen Clause in Contracts

Section Thirteen. The Board shall provide the Union with requested information, statistics and records relevant to negotiations or necessary for the proper enforcement of the terms of this contract, to which the Union is entitled by law in order to fulfill its role as collective bargaining agent, at no cost to the Board. Routine requests of a minor nature will not be charged to the Union. Confidential information pertaining to individuals shall not be provided unless authorized in writing by the affected individual.
