Common use of Sections of Drawings and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Sections of Drawings and Specifications. For convenience, the Plans, Specifications and Contract Drawings in the Contract Documents are arranged in several sections, but this separation shall not be considered as the limits of the work required of any separate trade. The scope of work is that indicated in the Project Index (which is part of this Project Manual). The terms and conditions of the work to be performed by any Subcontractor are strictly between Contractor and the Subcontractor.
