Sector Participation Impact on Fishing History. The Members agree that it is their intent that a Member’s Permit fishing history (including fishing history from areas or species not covered by the Sector, or DAS allocations), as reported to NMFS prior to joining the Sector, will not be diminished or penalized as a result of a Member’s participation in the Sector instead of participation in the common pool under the Plan.
