Sectors for cooperation. 1. The Parties agree to cooperate primarily in the sectors set out in Titles I to VI of this Part. 2. The Parties agree that cooperation actions to be identified shall include the following as horizontal and strategic vectors for development: (a) sustainable development, (b) human rights and good governance, (c) environmental sustainability, (d) disaster prevention, (e) gender perspective, (f) persons in a situation of vulnerability, (g) building national capacities, and (h) knowledge management.
